I have spent more than 15 years trying to become a great engineer, and I’m still striving. Meanwhile, I’ve learned to recognize business needs and client requests and integrate them into IT products and solutions. Recently, I got the most important role of my life: I became a father of beautiful baby girl and am enjoying every moment of it.

Apart from driving technology strategy at Lean, I am also here to lead people towards broader technical perspectives, serve them as a mentor, when needed, and encourage communication and critical thinking. And of course, to use “strange” terminology (Kubernetes, Docker containers, blockchain, datafication…).

During my career, I had an opportunity to manage a software development team that grew from 75 to 270 engineers in 6 years. Before that, I was a sales manager in a large corporation, and a consultant for donation management in United Nations.

Experiences gained in the past inspired me to organize a software development company for engineers and clients focused on creativity and constant improvement. I enjoy working with people passionate about their work and wise enough to keep their work-life balance.

I’m devoted to connecting people and businesses and am forever amazed by the importance of random acts of kindness in business and in life. Growth of our company is powered by effort of our engineers and network of our partners who share our values.

I’m a proud husband and father, and when my kids wonder why their mum fell for me, I tell them that I must be good at sales.
