We subcontract four recruitment agencies to keep the recruitment process as efficient as possible – and we currently outsource more than 30 engineers. We maintain close links with relevant faculties of Belgrade University so we can source quality juniors.
Our selection process includes a technical assessment and a brief English language proficiency check. If a client makes the request, we also organize personality testing to ensure a suitable cultural fit for both the candidate and the client.
When it comes to team management, we foster open, constructive communication with our employees to ensure they are satisfied with their work, and that there is progression in their careers. If there is the need, we involve our clients, and jointly act in a timely way to resolve requests for change or transition.
